Oftentimes people will try to look for the symptoms of neediness and clinginess such as…

calling like 10 times a day….
or

Constantly asking for reassurance……
or

being over invested in someone before they’ve even had a chance to get to know them.

What most people do is, they look for these symptoms to suppress it, right?

They’ll try to stuff them down and just say, “okay, if I just stop texting 10 times a day I will not look needy and therefore they’ll be uncontrollably attracted to me”
